Ryan Ward

ENGINEERING & REGULATORY

Ryan Ward oversees engineering and regulatory compliance for Golden Gas Service Company and the Joy Station Storage Project, bringing a unique combination of operational expertise and leadership experience. Prior to joining Golden Gas, Ryan served as a key technical lead in drilling, completions, and production at Crawley Petroleum and as a Senior Production Engineer at Unit Petroleum, where he managed water disposal, recycling systems, infrastructure design, and gas production optimization. His background in complex field operations is complemented by his service as a Multirole Bridge Company Commander in the United States Army, where he honed skills in logistics, safety, and project execution under pressure. At Golden Gas, Ryan is responsible for ensuring compliance with PHMSA regulations governing natural gas storage safety and integrity. He holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. His combination of field engineering experience, regulatory acumen, and leadership underscores Golden Gas Service Company’s commitment to operational excellence.
